New Member Info

Interested in becoming a member?

To get on the waiting list to become a member, please download, print and complete the new member application form (see link below to download) and read the following instructions for submitting your application.

How to submit an application

Do not email this application to any club email accounts.
It must be completed and submitted in person at one of the monthly club executive meetings.
(We understand, due to the Covid19 pandemic, this has not been easy)

The DNPAHA is a private members club. The club has a limited number of membership spots.
In the beginning of each year, when annual memberships become available, our membership committee reviews the waiting list of submitted applications. There are no short-term or monthly memberships.

Between January and March each year, the applicants on the waiting list will be contacted by our Membership Chair – Laurie Orr with information on costs and an offer to become a member. Once contacted, you will require a Police Records Check which is online now @ opp.ca website or visit you local detachment and inquire onsite. Our Membership Chair will inform you on dates for our club orientation, you will receive our club By-Law and Rule Book. Have a tour through our club property and be informed on what is offered on our grounds.

The best way to meet the members, that you need to get signatures from, is to come to the club executive meetings.

(We understand, due to the Covid19 pandemic, this has not been easy in the recent past.)

Meeting Schedule

We have returned to our regular meeting schedule, therefore, as per the club bylaws, the monthly meetings will be held on the first Thursday of each month, unless otherwise rescheduled due to provincial health restrictions or other requirements.
Moving forward, future meeting schedule posts will only be posted if there is a meeting postponement or cancellation.
See the Events/Courses Page at the bottom for these posts.

This meeting is open to all members and public. Masks are not mandatory, however, if you wish to wear a mask, please don’t hesitate.
