Archery

In Canada, of the four primary disciplines that are recognized, two are supported by the DNPAHA. Deciding the one you want to get into will determine the type of equipment that will be needed. In addition to the disciplines/ranges below, the DNPAHA recognizes and supports members who are bowhunters.

The DNPAHA has 2 archery ranges:

  • Target Archery range with large butted target backstops at 20, 30, 40 & 50 yards.

  • 3D Archery course with 40 life-sized targets ranging from wolves to moose, all on beautifully groomed trails through the forest grounds.

If you are new to Archery or would like to learn more about participation, please come to a regular club meeting and meet some of the members who regularly participate in Archery activities.
