Please complete the form below to receive confirmation if the hall is available for the date that you wish to rent it.
If alcohol is not being served, Special Events Liability (SEL) insurance will be carried by the Customer and a copy provided to the DNPAHA.
If alcohol is being served, the Customer/Group will provide DNPAHA with copies of a valid Party Alcohol Liability (PAL) Insurance policy and Special Occasions Permit (SOP) at least 14 days before the event. As such, no less than 5 days before the event, Customer will provide DHPAHA copies of retail store alcohol receipts referencing the SOP number.
PLEASE NOTE; It is illegal to sell or serve alcohol in a public place without an Special Occasions Permit (SOP).
It is expected that the Customer/Group will put furniture away, clean up any spills and leave hall in broom-swept condition.
Please note that the ranges are open for use until 1/2 hour after sundown everyday including hall rental days.
This is not a contract. Our Club House chair person will contact you to confirm availability for the hall and will have you complete a rental agreement.
